White prepares for the 2022 Winter Olympics

Winter sports training is undeniably very hard. However, athletes put in their sweat and blood to train with whatever they have. However, not all training sessions are going successfully and according to plan. There are times when you fail to complete certain tricks and moves, but that doesn’t mean you have to stop. Rather, it’s an opportunity to dust off and get back to work.

White recently posted a video on his own, training for his next season. Unfortunately, he injured himself while doing so. In the video, he starts off smoothly on his snowboard. But, the second he makes a 360-degree turn from the top of the edge, he hits the face badly and slides down.

After sharing this video, White definitely scared everyone a little bit about injuries that occur when snowboarding. However, getting injured is an integral part of every sport.

Holding the record for the most Olympic gold in snowboarding as well as the most gold at the X-Games is a pretty clear indicator of his experience and expertise in the sport. Maybe he’s used to such serious injuries.
